🛍️ 1. Orders & Payments

 

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Custom sets will not be started until payment has been received.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be transferred to another person.

 

 

🎨 2. Custom Sets

 

• Colours, designs, and embellishments may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and handmade nature.

• You the customer, are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes. Incorrect sizing is not eligible for refund or replacement.

• If you the customer, are unsure of your size, sizing guide is available on the website

• When creating your custom designs, all details will be finalised over email. You the customer will be quoted a price for your custom design, and payment via bank transfer will be required before the nails are created.

 

 

📦 3. Processing & Shipping

 

• Processing times vary depending on order volume and design complexity. 

• Shipping times are separate from processing times.

• Once your order has been shipped, the business is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the courier.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

 

 

💅 4. Returns & Refunds

 

• Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• Refunds are not issued for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess the issue.

 

 

🧴 5. Product Use & Safety

 

• Press‑on nails should be applied and removed following the instructions provided.

• We are not responsible for any damage to natural nails caused by improper application or removal.

• If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.

 

 

📸 6. Photos & Content

 

• By purchasing, you agree that photos of your custom set may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

• All designs, photos, and content are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied or reproduced.
